A similar style of practising yoga threads through all the classes, starting with getting in touch with our core centre moving into asana, then some breathing and always relaxation. The classes are structured to make 'asana' accessible for everyone in a most enjoyable way.

Courses and Workshops

A themed asana practice targeting particular areas in the body, encouraging the body to open to embrace a fuller posture - then moving into relaxation using equipment to support and allow our bodies to release and let go culminating in deep rest.

It is essential to be able to tap into and to relax our nervous system via supports giving time and space  inviting  deep healing to take place.

iRest®Yoga Nidra

Integrative Restoration or iRest, is an adaption of Yoga Nidra, a form of meditative self enquiry from the teachings of Yoga, which we engage for many reasons : to induce deep relaxation throughout the body and mind, eliminate stress, overcome insomnia, solve personal and interpersonal problems, resolve trauma, neutralise and overcome anxiety, fear, anger and depression, as well as to enter deep meditation in order to unravel the mystery of life.
